30-Day Return Procedure
- Take a clear photo of the item.
- Contact our customer service team at support@menaful.com.
- Send the photos and order ID to customer service, specifying your preferred resolution (return, refund, exchange, or resend).
- Our team will provide you with the address for Menaful's International Center. Please do not return items to the original shipping address, as this will delay processing.
- Arrange a pickup with your post office or drop the package off at your nearest postal location.
- After returning the item(s), please provide us with the tracking number.
- Once we receive the item(s), all exchanges or refunds will be processed within two business days.
Important Return Requirements
- The package must be unopened.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Returned items should show no signs of wear or use.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- An RMA slip must accompany all returned packages.
- Send the package to the address provided by Menaful’s customer service.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all returnable items, and customers cover all return shipping fees.
- Original shipping fees and insurance costs are non-refundable.
- Due to hygiene concerns, certain personal items (underwear, swimwear, socks, bodysuits, and adult products) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- Promotional and final sale items are ineligible for returns, exchanges, or amendments.
- Customers are responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses.
- Our return and refund policy only applies to items purchased directly from Menaful.
- Please prepay any customs duties (DDP) on returns, as Menaful will not cover import fees. Items returned without prepaid customs duties may be returned to the sender.
- The return policy is valid for 20 days post-purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.
- For return shipping, we recommend checking with your local post office for the lowest-cost registered airmail option.
Non-Refundable Situations Without a Return
While we are unable to issue refunds for certain situations without a return, we can offer a coupon for your next purchase. Contact our customer service team for more details if:

- The item does not fit as expected, with no quality issues.
- The tracking status indicates “delivered,” but you did not receive the item.
