The return policy is valid for 20 days post-purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period. 30-Day Return Procedure

  1. Take a clear photo of the item.
  2. Contact our customer service team at support@menaful.com.
  3. Send the photos and order ID to customer service, specifying your preferred resolution (return, refund, exchange, or resend).
  4. Our team will provide you with the address for Menaful's International Center. Please do not return items to the original shipping address, as this will delay processing.
  5. Arrange a pickup with your post office or drop the package off at your nearest postal location.
  6. After returning the item(s), please provide us with the tracking number.
  7. Once we receive the item(s), all exchanges or refunds will be processed within two business days.

Important Return Requirements

  1. The package must be unopened.
  2. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  3. Returned items should show no signs of wear or use.
  4. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  5. An RMA slip must accompany all returned packages.
  6. Send the package to the address provided by Menaful’s customer service.
  7. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returnable items, and customers cover all return shipping fees.
  8. Original shipping fees and insurance costs are non-refundable.
  9. Due to hygiene concerns, certain personal items (underwear, swimwear, socks, bodysuits, and adult products) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  10. Promotional and final sale items are ineligible for returns, exchanges, or amendments.
  11. Customers are responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses.
  12. Our return and refund policy only applies to items purchased directly from Menaful.
  13. Please prepay any customs duties (DDP) on returns, as Menaful will not cover import fees. Items returned without prepaid customs duties may be returned to the sender.
  14. The return policy is valid for 20 days post-purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.
  15. For return shipping, we recommend checking with your local post office for the lowest-cost registered airmail option.

Non-Refundable Situations Without a Return

While we are unable to issue refunds for certain situations without a return, we can offer a coupon for your next purchase. Contact our customer service team for more details if:

  1. You decide you no longer want the item.
  2. The item does not fit as expected, with no quality issues.
  3. The tracking status indicates “delivered,” but you did not receive the item.
  4. There are minor product differences that were noted in the product description or title.
  5. You placed the wrong order, and it was shipped.
