Pre Sale Questions

The website was created to make orders easier and to preserve your privacy. Orders can be made without an account and we do not call to confirm the order and the parcels are packed in simple boxes without highlighting the contents of the package. We offer discreet delivery and 100% confidentiality.

It usually takes 24 to 48 hours for our fulfillment team to process your order and ship it out from our warehouse.

Our warehouse is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and statutory holidays. If you placed an order on the weekend, it will be shipped out after the weekend or holiday.

Please contact us at support@menaful.com. Our customer service specialist will reply within 24-48 hours. Our office hours are from 9am to 6pm UTC +8 Mon-Fri. but, our email inbox is monitored 7 days a week.

Delivery & Shipment Questions

US and Canadian Orders For standard service, we use USPS or Canada Post to ship. For expedited service, we use DHL Express OR FedEx to ship in US and Xpresspost to ship in Canada . After your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notifying you, your order is on its way. Click on "Track my order", you will be directed to the order detail page. To track your order, simply click on the tracking number on the order detail page. You will see the real-time update on the package delivery.

Often time, USPS will mark the shipment delivered when it's still on its way to the destination. If you receive a notification saying your package is delivered today, but the package is not found, please allow 2 to 3 more business days. If your package is not delivered, please contact us at support@menaful.com.
