Returns Policy
30-day return on regular price unwashed items free from stains/pet hair.
Personal items such as underwear, swimwear, socks, bodysuits, and adult toys are FINAL SALE for hygienic reasons.
Underwear and other clothing sold at a discount or special price cannot be exchanged or returned.
If you feel your item is damaged or defective, or needs to be returned/exchanged please contact our customer service first at support@menaful.com. Please include pictures and any relevant information and we will get back to you within 3-5 business days
The policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Due to the private nature of our products and our strict health policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges on undergarments that have been tried on.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, it must also be in the original packaging. It must be stain-free and unwashed to be eligible for return. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returnable items. You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please prepay customs duties (DDP), we do not pay import duties on returned items. If you do not do so, we will not be able to accept any resulting charges and your package may be returned to you.
